What is Calendly, and how does it work?

Calendly is a convenient web-based application that eliminates the need to download or install any software on your computer.

By creating predefined availability preferences, you can be as booked as much—or as little–as your schedule allows. You can share your availability in just a click. Include a scheduling link, or allow invitees to schedule from available times pasted into the email or web page. Calendly connects with Google, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and iCloud, automating the scheduling process from start to finish. Scheduled meetings are added directly to the host and invitee calendars, removing any unnecessary steps in between.

How does The Patterson Foundation use Calendly?

Like Doodle, TPFers will use Calendly to quickly and efficiently schedule 1:1 meetings. Rather than go back and forth with email exchanges, you can share your booking page with your pre-defined availability and preferences, and users can select a suitable date and time that works best for them.
