Connor serves as the Partnerships Director with Lifesong for Orphans. In this role, he serves businesses, foundations, and donors who are passionate champions for Lifesong’s mission to care for the most vulnerable.

Connor joined The Patterson Foundation as its fourth fellow from 2021–2023, where he worked across a wide array of initiatives to help strengthen people, organizations, and communities.

Originally from Indianapolis, Connor graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication studies from Indiana University in 2019 and a master's in philanthropic studies from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in the spring of 2021.

Connor resides in Sarasota, Florida, with his wife, Maggie. They enjoy attending church, finding new coffee shops, golfing, and exploring the community. The LaGranges have two daughters.
