Strategic thinking is an integral aspect of almost any position in almost any organization in the nonprofit world. It can shape our vision and inform how we interact and engage with our communities more broadly. It is both fundamental and important, but not always a natural skill every person just has. In this short video, let's explore a strategy that may breathe new life into your approach to strategic thinking and examine the "why" behind it.
