Calling on community to share actions around aging with dignity and independence

Posted on April 26, 2012 by Suzanne Gregory

When we make our community better by preserving the dignity and independence of older adults, we really improve quality of life for all ages and generations.

It's your turn to participate and continue the conversation.

This is the space to share your actions and experiences – be it about your neighborhood, business, social circles or faith community.

We want to hear from you.  In what ways are you and your circles of connections and relationships making a difference?

SCOPE is sharing the results and ideas for change in open community sessions and presentations to elected officials, nonprofit service providers, healthcare organizations and business groups. These sessions offer opportunities to spark new discussions. Many groups are considering how this report is relevant to their sector and interests, and identifying ways to better support the dignity and independence of older adults.

We want to hear from you. How is this research activating change in the community?
