Michelle Walker joined The Patterson Foundation as its eleventh Fellow in March 2026 and brings a background in nonprofit management, strategy, and intellectual capital. She is passionate about helping the nonprofit ecosystem maximize its assets to achieve its goals and is committed to supporting TPF's mission. With a master's in philanthropic studies, Michelle is dedicated to leveraging her skills to drive positive change in TPF’s four-county region and beyond.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, woodworking, and traveling.
