Tori Ferguson joined The Patterson Foundation in 2026 to support the Suncoast Campaign for Grade-Level Reading. She is passionate about shaping our next generation into lifelong learners and readers.

She has over five years of public school teaching experience, including two years teaching Intensive Reading. Additionally, her numerous Florida Teaching Certifications, including a Reading Endorsement (K–12), support her work on this initiative.

She holds a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction and a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, with a focus on the social sciences and a minor in history. Tori earned both degrees from The University of Tampa.

Tori enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active. She is an indoor cycling instructor at RIDE in Sarasota and enjoys long runs.
