Collaborative Restructuring

Businesses thrive by streamlining practices to create greater efficiency and restructuring operations to continuously improve results. The Collaborative Restructuring initiative creates New Realities by applying these principles to the nonprofit sector. This includes optimizing efforts of individual entities through back-office alliances, collaborative projects, partnerships and mergers. This initiative provides independent facilitation to entities exploring partnerships in Sarasota, Manatee Charlotte and DeSoto counties and also provides expertise in financial business models, communications and technology.
